community leagues of southwest Edmonton.

Southwest Sting select soccer program.
Sting teams play in the city-wide Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 leagues. |

Indoor Referees |

Indoor Referees wanted.
Any referee who reffed this past outdoor season and wishes to ref indoor must take the indoor ref course
The chronic shortage of referees continues, and your help in this regard
is greatly appreciated. Complete training will be provided for free.
Note that referees are a paid position, with $20 per game fees.
NOTE: as of March 1, 2008, the Canadian Soccer Association has ruled that
the minimium age for referees and assistant referees (linesmen) is now 14 years old.
However, for this year only the minimium age is lowered
to 13 years old, but only if one becomes 14 years by March 31, 2009.
